What systems does Cin7 integrate with?
Cin7 connects to accounting, sales channels, and warehouse and operations systems. Fiskal supports QuickBooks Online, Xero, and A2X for accounting, and Shopify, Shopify POS, Shopify B2B portal, Amazon, Etsy, Faire, and eBay for sales. On the operations side we work with 3PLs, EDI, ShipStation, and HubSpot.
Why does my Cin7 integration show green when the numbers disagree?
A green sync means data is moving, and says nothing about whether the mappings, naming rules, tax logic, or timing around it are right. When Xero says one thing and Cin7 says another, we find the point where the two systems stopped agreeing instead of reconnecting the sync.
Why do Cin7 integrations keep failing or syncing wrong?
Integrations tend to drift rather than fail outright. Restricted characters, name conflicts, and forced overpayments break syncs repeatedly, and manual entries added next to an integration create duplicate records. Why does my Shopify stock count not match Cin7?
Available stock in Cin7 is on hand minus allocated, so an authorized order that never moves to fulfillment keeps holding its allocation. Your Shopify count then drops for stock that is sitting on the shelf. We check product data, allocation, and availability so the count a customer sees matches the warehouse.
How do Cin7 integrations affect COGS and inventory value?
An integration that moves inventory inaccurately moves COGS, margin, and inventory value inaccurately too. A freight bill expensed instead of capitalized makes COGS read low and margin read high. We capitalize the cost so it reaches COGS when the stock sells.
