If you require true real-time, Fishbowl might need custom workarounds. For example, one could build a small script to notify Fishbowl via its API instantly when something happens externally, but that’s custom. Out-of-the-box, expect slight delays between, say, an Amazon sale and Fishbowl seeing that order (depending on your polling interval).
